I am absolutely terrified of snakes.
I think they are the worst creature alive plus I don’t know why they even exist in nature.
I watch documentaries about them on nature shows occasionally, but it’s not because I love them plus want to learn more about them, nope, it’s because I want to learn about how to stay away from them! I recently l received that since they are cold blooded creatures, snakes like to stay out of the cold. They gravitate to warm areas. And when I found this out, I decided that running my air conditioner in the summertime was even more important! I regularly used to run my a/c in the summer time when the weather started heating up anyway! But when I started thinking about how snakes love the heat plus hate the cold, I realized that I had a fantastic way to repel snakes. Of course, I couldn’t figure out any way to air condition the whole outside around my house. That would be impossible. There’s absolutely nothing that I can do to keep the snakes away from the exterior of my house. But inside the lake house is a different story. I have started turning the thermostat in my lake house down super low. I’ve even started to run the a/c in my basement because that’s where I’m most afraid of finding a random snake. I never ran the a/c in the basement before finding out about this snake situation. I didn’t think the basement needed cooling off but now I’m just doing it as a snake repellant.
