For a long time our building control proposal was just handling the lighting, plumbing and Heating and Air Conditioning all on its own, but the smart building had everything on a timer that I did not worry about.
Lights came on when I walked into a room and the Heating and Air Conditioning powered off when I left… Recently I went over to the control pad and observed my smart building was giving me alerts, then bAS is good for monitoring a building and saving energy, however, another portion of getting a building management proposal is to also have it service problems before getting humans involved or alert the user of problems that are problematic. Recently the control pad for my smart building was letting me guess that there were problems in my indoor air quality. Too dry of air quality is unquestionably handled by the smart building by adding moisture, and dust in the air quality is unquestionably resolved by purifying it. The pressure and chemical sensors with my smart building were detecting unproper amounts of carbon monoxide in the building. This is a tasteless, odorless and white gas that can slowly poison a person! Prolonged exposure leads to hospitalization and even death in certain cases; I observed the amount was rather small. I checked out our heating device and there was nothing wrong with the component. I then realized that the dealer underneath mine uses a gas oil furnace. I realized that their heating device had sprung a leak and was infecting my space’s indoor air quality. I instantly let them guess about the issue and was able to tell when they fixed it by my control unit.
