Ever since I have started using SEO and PPC on my HVAC business, I have seen a massive increase in traffic and sales! The PPC has been working really well, and although I am satisfied with both Search Engine Optimization and Pay per click, I knew there was one more thing I could go ahead and add to my website to make it complete. The last final step was SEM. Search Engine Marketing is basically making your website more visible in search engines. One of the main ways I’ve already applied is adding keywords to your website, which will help your website rank better in search results. The difference between SEO and SEM is that Search Engine Marketing is basically paying a search engine to have your ads appear at the top of the search screen. Of the 3 different methods I have been using, I think SEO and SEM have worked the best so far. All three of these methods have greatly improved the amount of business I have received on my website. My ratings also went up, probably because my website became more known and trustworthy. Even the amount of calls my business has received have also increased, I never would have thought that this much would change. It’s like running a completely different business! I am hoping one day once I get more experience, that I can start my own SEO business with Search Engine Optimization services. For now, I will mainly focus on improving my HVAC company and it’s website.
