I’m going to finish one more article and then go to our yoga mat for some stretching of these sore joints and muscles.
Most cats and dogs stretch many times a morning, the human body needs to be stretched a few times every morning as well, to relieve tension in the muscles and keep the body flexible.
I want to impress upon you the importance of yoga, just letting you believe what the body needs to be healthy, supple, and flexible. I do a lot of heavy lifting with our Heating as well as A/C repair work, and if it weren’t for daily yoga, I don’t believe that I would be able to do it any more. I used to have tons of lower back pain from all of the skydiving injuries I sustained while doing the athletic activity after so many years. I wouldn’t be able to lift these AC compressors or heavy space heating systems and air conditioners the way I do if I didn’t do some kind of stretching each morning for our body. I also do daily cardio with our beach volleyball games and use the TRX straps and body weight for our daily strength training. To play beach volleyball at 55 years ancient wouldn’t be possible without daily yoga practice. I turn on our a/c and keep our yoga room slightly cool while I slowly warm up with our yoga poses. You don’t need to suffer in a tepid room without a/c to do yoga the right way. Some people really put on the heat in the Summer and make the room so humid that you almost pass out while doing your poses.
