Better indoor air quality and better health with HVAC

This would lessen the airborne contaminant attacks on my respiratory system and allow my immune response to strengthen

I learned more about my health in this past year than I ever have. And that’s saying something because I have had to deal with health issues all of my life. I have a health condition that I have had to deal with throughout my adult life. And while it’s one that can mostly be managed with medicine and professional care, it has an adverse effect on my immune health. With the pandemic taking over our lives this past year, my immune health has been at the top of my concern list. Mostly, I have had to simply avoid people and stay inside the HVAC comfort and security of my house. Thankfully, I am able to make my living from a home office or this might be a really trying experience. Still, I have not been able to go to a restaurant or to a friend’s for dinner in nearly a year. Nothing but getting out of the HVAC for a bit of outdoor exercise. But during this period, I have also taken it upon myself to do all I can to improve my immune health. Part of that commitment has been to the air quality in my home. Since I spend so much time here, I wanted to make sure that my indoor air quality was super healthy. This would lessen the airborne contaminant attacks on my respiratory system and allow my immune response to strengthen. The whole house air purifier I had installed works in conjunction with my HEPA type air filter to give me the very best indoor air quality possible.
