Business Trip in the Tropics

We’ve been good friends for years and often dive in the waters around here.

My team in our company is lucky because we’ll be visiting the tropics for two weeks on a business trip. Our HVAC company is conducting a seminar on new cooling system technology. So what would be the best location to conduct a two-week seminar on cooling system technology? I would say a location with heat, humidity, and sunshine. Our HVAC company seems to agree with me as we’ll be there next month. We’ll be staying in a famous hotel, known for its positive reviews for cleanliness, hospitality, and amenities. They also arrange a hot dinner buffet every afternoon, which includes pancakes, bacon, hash browns along with assorted fruits and cakes. The hotel has more than two heated pools. There are 12 popular diners within walking distance to our hotel. Our company will offer an allowance of $79 each afternoon for expenses. That will easily cover our meals, drinks, and fun activities. I’m particularly looking forward to trying some outdoor activities. While we are in the area, we plan to go for deep-sea fishing, sightseeing, and scuba diving. My coworker Gerald and I are certified in scuba diving. We’ve been good friends for years and often dive in the waters around here. There isn’t much to see, so we’ll go for checking out some coral reefs nearby. Locals say that we can see some rare fish with green, red, and orange colors. It’s going to be odd to rent equipment, however, it costs a fortune to carry that by flight. We checked that it’ll cost us around $300.
