I have a friend who decided to hightail it out of our city.
I have lived in this town for over thirty years, plus I do not have plans to leave it, mostly because just about all the other cities in this state are more overpriced than here.
I am harshly interested in semi-retiring in 2025, so I can’t be moving somewhere more overpriced, that’s for sure. Anyway, our friend didn’t love all that, plus she moved to the most western state in the union! She lives in this charming city, plus it has amazing weather. In fact, it is most famous for its weather, plus she has stopped using air conditioner altogether. In addition, she almost never needs the heating, either! She plus I were on a video call the other afternoon, plus she seems so much happier than she used to. She disclosed to myself and others that she has honestly no need for cooling system or the oil furnace whatsoever. At this point, all she ever turns on are the ceiling fans in the summer time plus a couple of space heating systems in the winter. I cannot even imagine such a thing. When you grow up in the southeast, your a/c is care about your best friend – you wouldn’t even suppose of going through life without it. It makes him easily glad, though, because she says she spends most of the year with open windows plus even leaves the back door open most of the time. She has a screen door plus when she leaves the back door open, the breeze blowing through is care about Mother nature’s air conditioner.
