My husband and I are going to have a great night later today. A delicious steak meal, with baked potatoes and macaroni cheese as a side. A bottle of red wine will be split between us, and then we will end the night with some much needed alone time together. We are going to toast and celebrate an occasion we have been waiting for. What is the celebration? Getting our entire HVAC machine installed. But it is not just the heating and A/C device, we had new ductwork installed too, which cost a fortune. But it was so worth it. Slowly my husband and I have been upgrading the home, and the A/C and heat system were causing a bit of trouble, with how expensive the replacement would be. After months of anticipation, we finally had enough money for everything. And it was worth every penny. A couple of days ago, a HVAC team of professionals came out and worked on everything, and just this morning, they finished. It was wonderful to step into a home that felt cool and clean. The air quality was bliss, and the entire home felt perfect. Now that everything is finished, my husband and I will celebrate later tonight, and I am looking forward to it. I know it is a little weird to celebrate a heating and air conditioning installation, but when you have invested as much money as we have, and it was a several months long goal, I am sure you can understand why we are ecstatic to finally have it be complete.
