Every so often we all need a change of pace or a change of scenery.
For me, I have had the same workout program going on for over a year now, and it is getting a bit boring to be honest with you all.
I also have noticed that the workout program I have been doing is making my back hurt for a few days after words. So it was for sure time to change gears and get into a brand new workout program. I did some research to see what kind of workout programs were available at my local fitness center. They had quite a few different workout programs with different methods to go with. They even had a workout program that incorporated yoga into it! This was without having to visit a yoga studio. This workout plan sounded like the one that would be for me! I was very much interested to know more information about this yoga and workout combo plan they had available. Thinking about working out, then doing yoga with it somehow was just totally awesome sounding. I made an appointment with the local fitness and body wellness center to get all of this going. I am scheduled to be there this friday when I get home from work to set everything up. Changing gears in my workout program is going to be very good for me I think. And hopefully, my back will feel better doing a different workout program as well! The yoga part will be nice too.
