I lived in this easily run down cabin a few years ago, and let myself and others tell you it was the pits! Literally speaking! Nothing in the locale worked.
You also had everything falling apart non stop no matter what you did.
The people that ran this cabin complex were real low scum too. But at the time I could not afford to rent a cabin or be in a good extravagant cabin complex so I was pretty much stuck with it. The other thing that easily bothered myself and others was that the metal covering of the air vents in the ceiling were so rotted they kept falling off! I had to call the heating and air conditioner repair people at the cabin complex so many times with this air vent situation. They would repair them, however they would never replace them. This was getting to be a problem. The central heating and air conditioner plan they had in the cabin was horrible to begin with. But having the metal coverings on the air vents was getting ridiculous, but not to mention it was dangerous! If I had been walking under the air vents when the metal covers decided to fall down, I could have had one heck of a nasty bump on my head, or it maybe could have killed me! These were easily cheap air vents and the central heating and air conditioner plan was even cheaper! Just to get the temperature in the cabin to be where you would set the temperature control, you had to set the temperature control about 10 degrees off! So glad I live in a good locale now.
