This local education board gave us substantial choices + both of us found a responsibility that would come from the curriculum plus Staffing Plus improvements to each building.
Both of these items cost lots of currency plus the taxpayers held many of us accountable for our fiscal year and spending.
Each one of these years we have found some ways to plan a budget that accordingly works for most people. During these past years, various repairs plus major improvements have been necessary to keep each one of the buildings running. Members of our staff plus others have had to come up with creative budgeting in order to make sure this plan will last. Some contracts were cut independently, so that we could make room in the budget for easier staffing agencies. Both of us knew that the health insurance premiums plus other benefits for our janitorial staff were costing a fortune. Both of us quickly realized that the taxpayers would appreciate if we went with a single janitorial service. Both various beds from janitorial service companies inside our area seem to prefer logical to save us at least 40% on cost. It didn’t even matter which janitorial service company that we chose, because the cuts were appreciate enough for everyone of us to purchase some additional salaries for new teachers. Sometimes it’s hard to make that difficult decision when trying to cut the corners on the budget. It’s better to keep some teachers and let go of some custodial staff in the long run.
