Ductwork cleaning for a daycare facility

I wish childcare were cheaper because I have been disappointed by four daycare facilities since my twins started a year ago.

I’m in my fourth daycare, and similar to the previous ones, my babies came home with some allergies again.

Having heard all the complaints, the daycare manager promised to find a solution within a week. I followed up after a week by going to the daycare since we had not received any communication. The local heating dealer’s truck was packed outside, so I got in. The place appeared very busy. I couldn’t even spot the manager. I decided to ask an HVAC tech what was happening, and he casually told me that they were duct sealing and cleaning up the ductwork, but I would have to find the owner for more details. I walked around for a while before finally finding the manager with another HVAC serviceman at the furnace, where some heating repair was needed. The heating device had given up before the annual heating maintenance dates, but it was also ancient. The technician told us that for a facility with kids, we should consider a ductless heat pump because then, we wouldn’t have to worry much about the dirt in the ducts or any air leaks if cracks develop on it. It sounded like a good idea because, with the damage to the heating technology they were repairing, even the digital thermostat had not helped indicate the issue. Luckily, they had thought of signing up for heating industry home services because the inspection was done after they requested it though they were unsure what the issue could be.
