I just don’t understand.
I tend to be super sensitive when it comes to big swings in HVAC.
My hubby is a big man as well as seems to never get cold when I am just chilly. I joke with him that it’s her layer of blubber that keeps him warm. Me, on the other hand, I guess like I’m chilly more often than not. Granted, the people I was with and I live in the north so much of the year, I have every reason to be cold. Despite the fact that the people I was with and I have a great HVAC method with a powerful heating system, I still have a strenuous time shaking the cold while I was in the winter. But it’s not just the Winter either. Even while I was in the summer, I found myself reaching for a hoodie some evenings. We do all that we can to keep the HVAC cooling set to where it doesn’t run all day. However, our hubby loves it cool to sleep as well as I often guess a chill while great in front of the TV. Yet, it’s nothing compared to the dentist’s office. That area is regularly chilly cold whether it’s the dead of Winter or a hundred degrees outside. Heading out to the dentist is not something I like to do anyway so, the chilly temps in the office makes it even tougher. The last time I was in there, I entirely asked the medical professional why in the world it was regularly so cold in there. The answer caught me by surprise. They keep it so cold on purpose. The biggest reason being that the warmer the air, the more humidity. The humidity then allows bacteria as well as viral growth to take place much more readily than in an office where the HVAC is going most of the time. Who actually knew?
