Heat pump is a huge help

When I walked by the Heating as well as A/C equipment outside the other day, I noticed that it had a dusting of fresh pollen all over it.

That’s not incorrect for this region in mid December.

Even in the winter, I prefer to check in on my appliance which saves our bacon much of the year. Where we live, a heat pump is sort of a necessity. By the first month or more than one of November, the heat pump sort of goes into a deep hibernation. There is just about no need for heating where I am. Sure the heat pump might need to stir a few times just to knock the chill out of the house during the odd chilly snap. But that’s about the heating demand we can expect. So I still make sure that my deeply sleeping heat pump is doing okay during the winter by keeping it clear of debris. When I notice the fresh pollen, it’s my cue to call the Heating as well as A/C business to schedule the air conditioner for a tune up. Once that’s done, I do my best to prep the house in order to trap the maximum amount of air conditioner in as well as keep the hot air out. But it’s not just the cooling comfort that the heat pump is providing. That crisp feeling inside the central air conditioner isn’t by accident. The heat pump is responsible for balancing the high humidity inside the house as well. That’s a big area of the benefits of residential Heating as well as A/C over the summer. Not only does the air feel cooler because it’s more dry, the humidity balance will also mitigate mold as well as mildew growth.
