There are not numerous things I can say that I am nice at. Some people are seemingly gifted with endless talents, and these people can beginning a hobby they never tried before, & have it mastered by the end of the week. I am not one of those people. I have constantly had a passion for singing, I cherish to sing in the shower, & dreamed of becoming a musician one afternoon, and if it wasn’t for the fact that my voice sounds like a dying crow, I really would have. It was very frustrating, & a bit lonely, to witness the inner star come out in all of my friends, however one by one, they would find something that suits them, & make the best of it. They would nudge me every now & then & ask if I had found anything yet. This was a subtle way of asking if I had found something I am not inherently terrible at. Time & time again I would tell them no, however eventually, they stopped bringing it up, I feel they stopped believing too, my nice friend and I split as they chased their dreams, leaving me behind in the process, but it is ok, I found a bestie who I am planning to suggest to, & I have a fantastic job as a heating & cooling worker, and you know what? If there is one thing I can say I am nice at, it’s heating & air conditioning; Perhaps not the most interesting thing in the world, however at least I can say I am nice at something. Heating, Ventilation, & A/C is my speciality, & I genuinely cherish being an air conditioning specialist, & helping others with energy saving tips.
