Heating plan smells just like burnt hair when it turns on

I thought it was possible that maybe the heat was going over that dirt and making the smell

There is something wrong with our house oil furnace, everytime I turn on the heating system it reeks of burnt hair, and i know enjoy this means there is dust, dirt and hair deep inside the heater. If the heating unit is too dusty, it will overheat, however overheating means parts wear out and break, or the heating system damages itself beyond repair. I want to get rid of the burnt hair smell for safety reasons and that it also is disgusting to smell. Everything I have tried has not worked though, and my first attempt was simply increasing the oil furnace filter in the machine. I got a brand new HEPA filter to catch even more dust from getting into the system, and nope, the smell still happened. Next, I tried taking the machine totally apart and cleaning the inner laborings. I clogged our vacuum hose up there, wiped along the edges and doused the unit in bleach, and still when the heating plan first turns on, the smell of burnt hair is floating in our air quality. My last attempt was trying our hand at air duct cleaning. I cleaned the air vents and then stuck a broom in the ducts. I tried to get as much dust out of the air ducts as possible. I thought it was possible that maybe the heat was going over that dirt and making the smell. It still smells definitely exhausting though. So I either did a exhausting job, or that is not the issue. Now I am thinking I will need to call an HVAC company to solve our issue.
