The people I was with and I had just started holding our church repair in a modern location, at a local private school, then prior to this, the two of us had been sharing a space with another church, so this location was going to be very different! It required a lot more setup here at the school and most of us were not proper with what to do or how to find anything the two of us needed, however the first couple months, there were very a lot of growing pains.
The people I was with and I had to figure out how to set up sign and many equipment, how to unlock doors, and where to store unusual things.
The people I was with and I used the school’s auditorium and it was not the cleanest locale so the two of us also had to wash it occasionally. It was also very hot, as the two of us opened on a Spring afternoon. The complication was no one knew where the thermostat was. The people I was with and I had to have a huddle before the repair and jobed about 10 of us with trying to find the thermostat so that the two of us could cool down the room. The people I was with and I all began to search all the evident areas like the walls and the front and back around, then a few sixths later the two of us discovered a thermostat that blended into the wall on the side of the wall. The thermostat looked a bit old and it was not very clear how you even worked it, then since it was so tepid and stuff, the two of us decided to just crank the A/C all the way up and see if anything happened. About midway through the repair the two of us could finally guess the cool air and breathe a little better.
