I just entirely have no reason to leave this house.
It’s just me and the dogs.
And we like it here. Granted the home is older but was built to last. For sure, this locale is a structural beast of a house. But the large thing that keeps me here is the property. It’s simply beautiful, natural and private. So why move? Instead, I just keep upgrading things here and the latest was a heating and cooling equipment replaced. I have to say that I’ve not wanted to undertake the heating and A/C equipment replacement. That’s because I knew that I was going to have to replace all of it. The heat pump, the air handler and even the ductwork, all of it had to be removed and replaced. That’s a large undertaking for a small house. So I started to look into different heating and cooling alternatives. That’s when I happened upon the ductless heat pump. I feel I had heard of this sort of residential heating and A/C before. But I had never seen or experienced ductless heat pumps working before. I reached out to the heating and A/C professionals for some guidance. They were awesome and brought me into the heating and A/C company to have a look at the ductless heat pump. I simply couldn’t believe that so much quality heating and air could come out of something so small. I was sold on the spot. Now, I have a ductless multi split heating and cooling system. It was less pricey, more efficient and took so much less time to install. I have to say that I’m even more in love with my home now that I have these ductless heat pumps.
