I don’t like it when anything is damaged in shipping

I ordered a tankless water heating system for 1 of our residential clients, and sales have been up since May, due to an advertisement in the local paper… But it cost the business a fortune to run the ad in the top rated newspaper in the area, however it has paid off in large dividends; however, my dad used to be the guy in charge of everything… However, since he retired, everything has been our responsibility, then all of the business decisions are now mine and that’s a lot to handle at times.

I’m thankful and totally lucky to have a supportive family and friends.

Most of our family and friends use our plumbing business for their residential and commercial needs. I take pride in every job, because I believe that buyer repair is definitely pressing. All of our employees are licensed plumbers with several years of experience; then one of our guys ordered a tankless water heating system for his Mom last week. I let all of the employees order from the distributor at wholesale prices. I do not mind if they extend the discount to their family and friends; we are 1 big family here and I prefer to take care of our family, but Jack ordered the tankless water heating system on Wednesday afternoon and it arrived on Wednesday day. Jack planned to install the water heating system on Wednesday, his next day off. Unluckily, the tankless water heating system was damaged while I was in the shipment process; the entire side of the box was damaged and the weather heating system was dented badly. The distributor also sent another heating system the next day and refunded our shipping costs.
