The whole idea, when both of us started looking at property, was to put winters plus the gas gas furnace behind us. We even knew the region in the South where both of us wanted to relocate. And just a few years shy of my retirement, both of us thought it would be best to start looking. Ironically, that region is where both of us had always holidayed as well. So both of us just made more time for quick holidays that included looking at properties. My wifey plus I were pretty gleeful at the prospect of trading Heating as well as Air Conditioning heating for fantastic Heating as well as Air Conditioning cooling. So it does get hot here in the summer, it’s nothing love the heat plus humidity way down south. And yet so more than 2 of the sites both of us looked at had sunrooms. That seemed a bit counterintuitive to myself and others but both of us started looking a bit harder. And both of us noticed they all had ductless heat pumps or some form of a/c. Otherwise, I just don’t see how you could have utilized this sunrooms during the worst of the summer time heat. We did our research plus were preparing to even make an offer when our oldest child got pregnant. This was not something both of us thought would ever happen as she has always been so focused on her job. She lives not too far from us with her partner plus now there was going to be a grandbaby. That put a immense crimp in our plans instantly. Fortunately, my wifey plus I were on the same page. We were going to have to keep dealing with the Heating as well as Air Conditioning heating plus Winter because both of us wanted to watch that baby grow. However, both of us did get a sunroom added on to our home plus put a ductless heat pump in there so it’ll be comfortable during the winter.
