I continued to call Jack whenever I had concerns in the house.
After I moved into this city, I met a entirely nice guy named Jack; Jack lived in the house across the street. I was outside walking my cats 1 day when Jack was outside in the front yard, however he was working on a wood building project & I decided to ask a couple of questions! I l received a lot about Jack in the 30-minute conversation that the 2 of us share. Jack was a retired contractor with the knowledge & skill set to complete a variety of projects, but when I had an issue with my a/c, I decided to deliver Jack a call to see if he could help. When Jack was finished with his day, he came over to the house & helped me out… The issue with the a/c did not turn out to be a entirely bad concern & I was thankful to have some help from my friend. I continued to call Jack whenever I had concerns in the house. Unblessedly, Jack moved out of the city & bought a house on the other side of town. Both of us still see each other from time to time, even though I miss having a helpful neighbor across the street. Jack & I had a lot of good conversations & I consider the guy to be 1 of my best friends. It was nice when my buddy lived close, because every one of us could see each other any time that every one of us wanted! Now it takes a lot more planning & a couple of afternoons notice before every one of us can celebration & talk about life.
