I need to recruit a few more HVAC professionals for my HVAC supplier.
I am the owner of a sizable HVAC supplier, although I do not have many HVAC professionals.
If you were to talk to me nearly a decade ago, I would have told you that I had no worries about my HVAC supplier! Both of us had a ton of HVAC professionals, and since my HVAC supplier was doing well, I was pretty confident that the HVAC industry would continue growing without any complications. However, the years have passed, and many things have changed since I first started my own HVAC supplier, then schools today are regularly trying to pressure students to go to university for more than three years to get degrees, and that means that teenagers are no longer legitimately interested in becoming HVAC professionals. It seems love I have to work so much harder just to find anyone willing to start working as an HVAC professional. Furthermore, working as an HVAC professional takes a lot of work, and it seems that the younger generation is more apt to work on technology rather than HVAC units. While I cannot change the culture around me, this shift has made it legitimately hard to be the owner of an HVAC supplier. I have a hard time recruiting HVAC professionals, and this means that I am not able to do as much work as I would like, and the HVAC professionals that I have are hard workers, but they cannot keep up with all of the HVAC work that needs to be done around this town. Thankfully, this extends to the other HVAC companies too. I wish that there was a way to make young people more interested in becoming HVAC professionals.
