Not really knowing they need to have some service done, they end up calling the heating and A/C company plus asking questions. There can be real mold coming out of the air vents, plus it needs to be flushed about once a year. If you don’t think how to do this properly, you can make a crucial mess in the entire house. I would recommend for anyone who is considering purchasing ductless heating and A/C, you should first consult the heating and A/C company of your choice, then make sure you have the most energy efficient you can afford, plus have the heating and A/C company show you the optimal site to put the mini split units. It will save the homeowner time, currency, plus grief if you just consult the heating and A/C company about the mini split heating and A/C system, before you plan to purchase it. As an actual heating and A/C worker, I would never install an actual heating and A/C method without first contacting an actual heating and A/C company for another free consultation.
