This week was a big day for me.
I finally decided to quit smoking & I was successful in doing so! I had tried several times in the past to quit smoking before & failed.
But this time it will be a enjoyable laboring success for sure! The a single thing that is absolutely going to benefit other than our body is the fact that the air quality in our apartment will improve after a absolutely enjoyable indoor air cleaning. I have a whole apartment UV air purifier that will do the task in cleaning out all the cigarette smoke that had got into the house. It was a enjoyable thing though that I did not smoke in the home typically. Because if I had done that I would have disfigured both our central heating & a/c unit as well as our whole apartment UV air purifier. Both are area of our central Heating & Air Conditioning unit.
