I’m having the hardest time selling our house.
I suppose where I live is a popular spot for the wealthy to buy their homes.
I’ve seen many famous actors and singers buying up either properties or houses. I have had this home which was passed down to myself and others from our mother. This home has been in the family for 72 years and I do not have anyone to give this home to so I am trying to sell it and live out our days on the beach with a nice beverage to go with it. So I talked to a realtor and I have pretty much done everything anyone has asked myself and others to do to sell it besides a single thing. I never replaced the central A/C and heating units, why would I? These are famous people moving into the section and they can afford to replace the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C systems. Still, our agent commanded that I do the replaces and our home should sell within a month or two. So I bit the bullet and called the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C company so they can send out a heating and cooling specialist to replace our Heating, Ventilation, and A/C systems. I am not triumphant that I have to do this but I suppose if I want to live out our dream then I should just listen and make the updates. I am going to raise the selling price then! No way am I going to pay for these fluctuations and keep the same listed price. I absolutely hope after I do these replaces that there is a bidding war and our home sells for way more than I originally asked for.
