For a long time I was not eating healthy and I was being careless with my body.
I wasn’t exercising at all and I was being lazy all the time.
When I started putting on a lot of weight, I knew that I had to do something about it. I also checked my blood pressure and this is what really got me scared. My blood pressure was at dangerous levels and I learned that the best thing to do was to get back into good shape. I started running all the time and I even purchased some gym equipment for my household. I honestly felt too embarrassed to be working out at a regular gym where people could make fun of me for being so out of shape. When I was getting my little home gym together, I realized that I could use more powerful air conditioning. The thing is, I didn’t want to freeze the whole house just for my gym area, so I decided to call up the HVAC company to see about getting a specialized cooling system. I was told that I could either install a ductless mini-split HVAC for my gym area or I could upgrade to HVAC zone control. When I learned a little more about HVAC zone control, I decided that would be my best option. I would have seperate zones with separate temperature control units. I really loved the sound of it so I went for the upgrade. When I was doing my heavy workouts it was nice because I was able to blast the cooling system without wasting much energy.
