Now that I am back at our office job after an amazing 2 month getaway I am starting to hour believe what I am doing for a living! For our much needed getaway I made our way to a beautiful patch of islands filled with friendly & welcoming people.
I ended up spending most of our time hanging out by the ocean, taking snowboarding lessons, & eating fresh food… Once the morning began to wind down I would head back to our beach cabin where there was a state of the art a/c unit that would help myself and others sleep like a baby at night! Now that I am back lake cabin in the south however, I am feeling irritated.
In our office I rest inside typing emails in our office without any access to a/c & spend the other section of our days at lake cabin with our cat. I don’t believe that this type of lifestyle is one that anyone should want to live, & I believe it is finally time that I make a change in our life. I would have packed up & moved to that island already if it were not for how much debt I am in due to buying our cabin at such a young age. It seemed like a steal of a deal at the time, but as I came to realize after a bout a year, there are always unexpected problems with old houses. I am still as motivated as ever to make our way back down to the islands with the amazing beach cabin with state of the art AC, I believe it’s just a matter of time.
