I wanted to order my a/c unit now, because when I obtained the oil furnace, it took six weeks for it to be delivered
When I called the Heating plus Air Conditioning company last week, I told them I wanted a current a/c unit, however the lady who answered the iPhone put me on hold until she could get an Heating plus Air Conditioning supplier to talk to me, when the guy got on the iPhone, he asked what I was looking for? I told him I wanted an energy efficient unit, but i had heard that some AC units had an energy efficiency rating of 20 plus higher. I wanted something with a high energy efficiency rating! He asked me to hold for a hour. He must have pulled out some information, however he was talking about oil furnaces. I wasn’t interested in purchasing a oil furnace. I wanted an a/c unit. I don’t know if he wasn’t listening to what I said, or if he was talking to someone else, however he was asking them for information on high efficiency oil furnaces. I had to say something several times before he directed the conversation back to me. When I knew I had his attention, I told him I wanted an a/c unit, plus not a oil furnace. He told me it was winter, like I didn’t know what season it was. There was snow on the ground, plus the temperature was in the low thirties. I wanted to order my a/c unit now, because when I obtained the oil furnace, it took six weeks for it to be delivered. I didn’t want it to be ninety degrees before the a/c unit was delivered plus installed. He apologized plus said he should have realized I meant AC when I told him I wanted something with a high SEER rating.
