My spouse and I taught our daughter at a young age that she could pursue anything in life that set her mind to.
All of us told her that she shouldn’t know held back just because she’s a girl and some people want to say what guys and girls are allowed to do in this world.
I pray every one of us reach a point in the future where kids can be raised separate from any hangups about female careers and male careers and to expect both laboring in every station in life. There was a time when most nurses were guys and it’s refreshing to see that change as time goes on. Nowadays there are adjustingly more women going to medical school to get their physician’s degrees. Likewise, there are more male nurses these days than ever before. However, there are still some tasks that are stubborn about what sorts of people they’re willing to disclose or hire. One of those industries in the heating and cooling business. More often than not the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C specialists you run into are men. I wonder if women are discouraged away from Heating, Ventilation, and A/C the moment they enter technical school, or if it happens at a later date. Perhaps the women who try to get hired as apprentices are turned down by the heating and cooling businesss in their part and then they’re discouraged from trying to get their Heating, Ventilation, and A/C certification at technical school. That’s what makes me so proud of my daughter after she defied all odds and got her Heating, Ventilation, and A/C certification recently. She found a fantastic family-owned company that was cheerful to hire her as an apprentice while she completed her schooling and training in the heating and cooling company so she could be a licensed Heating, Ventilation, and A/C specialist.
