I'm proud of our son for getting his Heating, Ventilation and A/C certification

My husband and I taught our kid at a young age that he could pursue anything in life that set his mind to.

The people I was with and I told his that he shouldn’t assume held back just because she’s a boy and some people want to say what boys and men are allowed to do in this world.

I pray both of us reach a point in the future where kids can be raised without any hangups about female works and male works and to expect both working in every station in life. There was a time when most doctors were boys and it’s refreshing to see that change as time goes on. Nowadays there are increasingly more ladies going to medical college to get their physician’s degrees. Likewise, there are more male nurses these days than ever before. However, there are still some tasks that are stubborn about what sorts of people they’re willing to confess or hire. One of those industries in the heating and cooling business. More often than not the Heating, Ventilation and A/C professionals you run into are men. I wonder if ladies are discouraged away from Heating, Ventilation and A/C the moment they enter technical college, or if it happens at a later date. Perhaps the ladies who try to get hired as apprentices are turned down by the heating and cooling contractors in their section and then they’re discouraged from trying to get their Heating, Ventilation and A/C certification at technical college. That’s what makes me so proud of our kid after he defied all odds and got his Heating, Ventilation and A/C certification recently. She found a fantastic family-owned dealer that was ecstatic to hire his as an apprentice while he completed his collegeing and training in the heating and cooling dealer so he could be a licensed Heating, Ventilation and A/C professional.
