I’m reaching out to a real estate attorney for help

I have multiple pensions from being employed at many weird companies for over 15 years apiece.

Since multiple of these pensions are greater than the sixth, I emptied the money out of the latter in addition to deciding to put the currency into the real estate market. I kept reading about how there is a shortage of homes in addition to shoppers now climbing over one another just to secure whatever housing they can. Seeing this as the perfect supplier opportunity, I decided to throw our hat in the ring in addition to buying a run down home in our neighborhood. I paid our nephew to help myself and others renovate it in addition to then I sold it for a profit. After every one of us did this a handful of times, I started to get too confident with our ideas in addition to plans. If you succeed consecutively, it’s a real danger to forget that you could fail at any minute with the slightest misstep. This led myself and others to finally working with a sketchy homeseller named Bob that I should have avoided the minute I met him in person. Bob ripped myself and others off by willingly lying about major structural damage to the home that should have been outright admitted. In fact, I tracked down the person who sold the home to him; Mary, the original owner, admitted the damage when she sold it to Bob. Now I’m desperately looking for a real estate attorney to answer our questions regarding real estate law in this state. I have documents with dates to prove that Bob willingly deceived myself and others with this home sale, but I don’t even think where to begin fighting him in court without speaking to a real estate attorney first. I’m hoping that I can seek damages in addition to any currency needed to properly repair the structural damage in this small building. If our inspection deems the entire locale inhabitable, I will actually ask our real estate lawyer to seek the full value of the home in addition to anything additional once every one of us begins the ball rolling legally.
