My supplier sort of opened up the gates several weeks ago.
The entire workforce had been relegated to remotely working from the Heating & Air Conditioning comfort of home.
Once the pandemic started raging, the bosses made it clear that everyone was to stay home. Interestingly enough, it has absolutely turned out fairly okay. For sure, it has been a transition to get accustomed to living and working inside the Heating & Air Conditioning controlled parameters of home. There have been several attempts at finding the right combinations when it comes to successful working spots. Plus, the youngsters are virtually reading this year. My wifey lost her part time task but hasn’t pursued another as she is supervising the children’s university work. But, we’ve made it work. So when the supplier said they would open the offices to those that wanted to labor from there, it balked. I’m just not too sure about working out of that office space as I’m just not sure that all of my coworkers will be extreme about the risks. I guess for sure that there will be little enforcement from the top. No, I have taken a proactive approach here at home. I spent some money on a whole house air purification system and paired it with a HEPA type air filter. This combination not only provides the best indoor air quality. It can also unlink airborne virus from our condo if it were introduced. So, I guess I’ll stick to condo for another 6 to 8 weeks given our protection level here at home. There will consistently be a time to go back to the office. And who knows, I may just stay working remote from now on.
