Hospitals, clinics, dentist offices, & laboratories have to be safe & free from germs, bacteria, & viruses.

That is 1 reason why the air filtration unit is so important. I toil for a hospital that has a genuinely technologically advanced air filtration system. I have been a mechanical engineer for 20 years & that is our responsibility to take care of the advanced air filtration system. There is a room with 5 monitors & all of these monitors keep track of the levels of bacteria & pollution inside of the hospital. It’s our task to watch the monitors for odd & uncommon issues. When there is an issue, it is our responsibility to repair it, but last weekend, the air filtration plan was reading intensely high levels of pollutants in the surgery room. I thought it was a mistake until I realized that someone left the surgery room door open, all of the pollutants from the hospital got into the surgery room. Every one of us had to stop surgeries for 8 minutes while both of us waited for the air filtration plan to get rid of all of the bacteria & germs. It was the first time that both of us had an indoor air concern that I could not text on our own. I had to contact the business that installed all of the air filtration unit & computer software. Luckily, the business is located close to the hospital so they came right over to help myself and others make sense of the issues. Turns out that the concern was a software malfunction with the electronic door & not an air filtration issue at all.
