I have never lived alone before.
I went straight from living at my parents house to living with roommates in college, but now that I have graduated I still live with a roommate.
Even though he is my guy, I still think of him as a roommate. Occasionally I regret not living alone before I moved straight in with my guy, however both of our leases were up at the same time plus it was perfect. I do actually care about living with my guy, however 1 thing he does actually bothers me… He prefers to turn the temperature control on the coldest temperature plus have the air conditioner blasting while all of us are sleeping. I have never been able to sleep when it’s too cold in my kitchen. I care about to snuggle up in the covers plus if it were up to me I would even turn the furnace on while I was sleeping. However, I typically have to have the air conditioner on because my guy is typically so hot. It could be the middle of the Wintertide plus he is perspiring while walking outside. It is the strangest thing to me, but I believe he thinks it’s unusual that I am typically so cold. It could be the middle of the summer time plus I am cold walking outside! The two of us have had to make compromises when it comes to our heating plus cooling proposal because I actually don’t think it’s something that is worth fighting over. Thankfully, my guy also agrees with me on this so all of us don’t have to confrontation over the heating plus cooling system.
