My wife is still not convinced that we should buy again until we after we retire
We are halfway through the lease and I’m itching to be done with renting. It’s not nearly as fun as it was when I first started out on this adult life of mine. Back then, I didn’t care if the neighbors were loud or if the air conditioning was all that good. I was just happy to be working inside the commercial HVAC of an office doing what I was doing. That time of my life was sort of amazing because it was just all so new. Before long, I met and married my wife and the apartment life came to an end. We bought a starter home first. It was awesome and we fixed it up really cute. Actually, we made some money off that house that set us up in our family home. That’s the family home that we just sold. And we’re now living in an apartment trying to decided what comes next? I’m hoping it’s owning another home just so I can have good quality heating and air once again. Wow, I can’t believe the residential HVAC in this apartment. I’m calling the rental office about the heating and cooling nearly every month. And we never get a licensed, certified HVAC technician to service the HVAC unit. It’s always the handyman with an insufficient HVAC repair. My wife is still not convinced that we should buy again until we after we retire. I get that but if we rent a house, I’m going to insist on good residential HVAC with an HVAC service plan.
