Black pop has also been known to block fat before it gets into the internetines. I study that people just drink plain black tea, no sugar plus no milk. I have started doing this for my morning pop plus I bumped my herbal pop back to the evening. I guess for the minute week of weight loss I will change my herbal pop to orange tea. That 1 also has been fastened to weight loss.
