Looking for a weight loss tea

My brother is getting married in three months and I want to cut around 5-6 pounds of belly fat.

That should not be too difficult right? I want to lose 1-2 pounds a month.

I work out pretty regularly and eat decent. In order to achieve my goal though, I am going to get more serious in those departments. I already have planned out how my workouts will be more intense. I am adding more cardio and crunches to the fitness regimen to lose some belly fat. I am also attacking what I eat. There are little things in my diet that I can cut or just alter in some way. For example, I used to start my day with a nice herbal tea. I liked then adding three scoops of sugar to the tea. At night, I then drink a chai tea with a lot of milk added to it. I researched online about a weight loss tea. I figured I might need to switch up teas and what I do when drinking. I found a very helpful article that stressed trying black tea. Black tea has caffeine that boosts a person’s energy and makes them more active during the day. Black tea has also been known to block fat before it gets into the internetines. I read that people just drink plain black tea, no sugar and no milk. I have started doing this for my morning tea and I bumped my herbal tea back to the evening. I think for the second month of weight loss I will change my herbal tea to green tea. That one also has been linked to weight loss.
