One of my rentals had the AC system die on them yesterday so I am going to have to install another plan in the apartment soon or they might transport out.
I am in charge of 14 rental houses and it seems that there is always something or the other going wrong with one of them each week.
This apartment had an old and decrepit Air Conditioning plan and I knew it wasn’t going to last much longer and I was right because it only lasted about more than two weeks afterwards. I want to see if I can get a used one that someone is selling because the new ones cost way too much and I just don’t have enough currency to buy one right now. I guess I can find a used Heating and Air Conditioning on sale online somewhere in my town because there is a ton of construction going on in my area. A lot of people are buying and selling houses and building new ones so I am sure there must be a used device somewhere that someone wants to get rid of. I guess I can find a used Heating and Air Conditioning plan for less than half the price of a new model and my Heating and Air Conditioning supplier said they will install it for a decent price. I just need to go online and find the thing. The rental apartment has a mini split a/c in the dining room so they should be superb for a couple afternoons, but if it is longer than that I am afraid they will transport out soon. I’d care about to keep them there because they have been superb tenants and are certainly decent people.
