Thankfully, my father was present and attentive. My wife called my father to come over because she wasn’t going to be there. When I’m excited, I’m notorious for not paying attention to minor details. And I did not read and comprehend the Heating and Air Conditioning component warranty. So, when something unusual happened with the heat pump last fall, I decided to investigate because I was handy. My father, on the other hand, had apparently relayed all of the final details to my wife. And I’m glad he did, because she prevented me from voiding the warranty on the Heating and Air Conditioning component by tinkering with it myself.
