Modular home gym

I have two folding mats that I want to unroll.

I had to give up my shed for laundry and my husband’s tools. I am really big on working out and I commanded the backyard shed the moment my husband and I moved in. He took a small room in the house and it worked out perfectly. Well the laundry setup was always horrible. It made sense to put the washer and dryer in my shed. It cut my space totally in half. As we lived in the house for a few years my husband acquired some tools. He now has a riding mower, table saw, cement mixer, tile cutter and lots of other large pieces of equipment. The room in the house doesn’t work anymore. He needed to take my shed. It is still pretty tight for all of his equipment and tools. I wasn’t happy to lose my gym set up. I found online there are portable solutions though. You can have anything modular now. I went online with a shipping container company and designed a home gym for myself. The shipping container has plumbing, electric, heating and cooling. I didn’t have an HVAC or a bathroom before. Now I added a space for a toilet so I don’t need to walk into the house when I need to pee. I have AC during the summer and heating during the winter. I even built the space dimensions to suit my needs. I have two folding mats that I want to unroll. The space is now the perfect size for both. I have hooks on the wall for my jump rope and hand weights too. It is so much better than the old shed. My husband is jealous.
