I know my family is cursed when it comes to gas furnaces. Since my dad is in the military,we’ve moved around a lot. We’ve lived in a lot of houses, but in each house, it seems that we’ve experienced problems with the gas furnace! The bizarre thing about this is that the gas furnaces in each house hasn’t been in bad shape, and most of these gas furnaces have a lot of life left in them. However, they seem to stop working whenever we all move in. I can remember the first time our gas furnace stopped working in our house. My brothers and sisters were just small kids, in addition to all of us had to huddle inside our mom’s bed as our dad diagnosed the gas furnace all evening. It is a misconception that people in the military are wealthy, in addition to our dad couldn’t afford to spend money on a Heating in addition to A/C technician to come out and fix our gas furnace issues. By the time our dad got our gas furnace running again, it was time for him to drive to work. This continued happening every few weeks, in addition to our dad began growing aggravated with the gas furnace in that house. When he was provided a different position in another location, he accepted in addition to made sure to purchase a home with a nicer gas furnace for us. However, all of us quickly discovered that all of us were going to have the same trouble with our new gas furnace again. I sincerely hope that my dad’s bad luck with gas furnaces doesn’t pass on to me one day, because I have no idea how to fix furnaces like dad.
