My job is getting changed from the inside out after the recent pandemic

When the world was hit with the virus earlier this year I truthfully didn’t expect things to change much other than that it would really last for a long length of time. And sure, a few things here and there might change, however nothing would be too noticeable… Well, time has gone on to show that this theory on that was about as wrong as I could get in terms of predicting how things would play out. Heading into the next half of the year and beyond there are numerous things that are going to be changed permanently. And as a heating and air conditioning repair tech I am feeling a bit uneasy and happy for what these fluctuations will be. Like how recently the heating and air conditioning supplier that where I work full time was able to open their doors back up to help serve those in our community. While this really helped things feel a little more normal for me with steady pay again, the way that all of us help repair heating and air conditioning systems in shoppers’ houses couldn’t feel more foreign to me and all of our coworkers. I’m glad there is much less close contact with clients, and all of us are also following supplier protocol by wearing masks in order to prevent the spread of germs while working on these HVAC units. It only hit me recently that this change in the way the lot of us do things could be for the better however. With the current portals that the two of us have to take, and how no jobs ever stay the same. I think it’s now or never to learn how to adapt and love the current way to have a job as a certified heating and air conditioning tech.
