I have been pushing our partner to add a deck onto our house. Right now the two of us have a side door that has a small little pad in addition to stairs; Basically you have enough room to kneel in addition to look out at the woods… Other than that, the side door is pointless, then i want the stairs to lead to a much larger pad in addition to be a deck. I have patio furniture that could sit on it in addition to I would like the grill there as well. It would additionally be nice to keep our garbage cans in addition to recycling bins in there. Right now they just lay in our yard looking horrible. I honestly would like to enclose the deck though. I want to have a room so the rain wouldn’t affect myself and others when I sit out there, but having it screened would be honestly nice. I could keep bugs out in addition to get a breeze. If I am being honest, I honestly want to have it totally enclosed with windows. I then would want a ductless mini cut unit. I could have it be a separate cooking section or an enclosed gym if I wanted to. Hot southern summers or cold winters wouldn’t affect our deck time. Having heating in addition to cooling in that space would add value to the house. It does add quite a bit more money onto the project though, so I don’t guess if I can convince our partner that adding walls, windows in addition to a HVAC device are the smart move. I might just get a wood deck in addition to that is it. I could be excited with that.
