Needing cooling at outdoor concert

I heard that the tunesian is coming back next year and I have already started a petition for the sponsors to choose a site that offers air conditioner for those who can’t take the heat for several minutes at a time

My partner and I recently attended an outdoor concert in an open public field in the middle of a terrible heat wave… The two of us both love this older tunesian and every one of us wouldn’t have missed his concert for the world; Couples were dancing, us included and the heat was almost unbearable! In fact, it was unbearable for some. There were outdoor canopies with pressing fans, but, it couldn’t replace air conditioner. In fact, the hotter it got, the more people that stood under the canopy, blocking what little air the fans gave! All the fans were doing was circulating the tepid air anyways. All the concert goers were red faced, or pale, and some were getting sick. Those ones had to leave early and miss an otherwise great concert. I unquestionably felt that, for the health and safety of the concert goers, air conditioned trailers should have been gave, and huge fans and shade cannot replace air conditioner when the hot and cold temperatures were close to triple digits. I sincerely recognize that not providing air conditioned trailers is a health hazard when the heat is so high. I heard that the tunesian is coming back next year and I have already started a petition for the sponsors to choose a site that offers air conditioner for those who can’t take the heat for several minutes at a time. The petition was a needless effort, though. I heard that next year the concert will be at the local flea market/drive-in area where there is a big air conditioned building. I feel the tunesians sponsor agree with me that air conditioner is a necessity, even at outdoor concerts.
