I had an HVAC emergency on my hands.
I have to be honest, until a month ago I never saw a central heating and air conditioning system break down from simply overworking itself. I had heard about it happening but never believed it. I had thought that as long as you had your HVAC tune up and check ups, kept your ductwork cleaned on a regular basis and changed your air filters on a regular basis there was no way that a central heating and air conditioning system that was brand new and up to date could even overwork itself! Well, I was way wrong because it happened to me last month. With the horrible heat we have been having, my central air conditioning had never run this much before. But I did not think it was going to lead to it overworking itself and breaking down. What ended up happening was the motor burnt out because of this. I had an HVAC emergency on my hands. I had to call the local heating and air conditioning company and have them send out a certified heating and air conditioning specialist to repair and replace the motor of my central HVAC unit. Because of the timing, I had to also pay for emergency HVAC home services to get them out to me the same day within a matter of hours. It was really hot out as it is now! It cost me a lot of money, but my central heating and air conditioning system is good again. When dealing with bad weather like this, you just can not avoid the possibility of this happening.
