No one should have to go through this alone!

When I was about twenty years old, I moved out of my parents’ house and into a quaint little house with two of my friends.

It was a decision we made as a group, as we were planning to attend college in the coming spring and all of us were going to be engineering majors.

We had this beautiful vision of us sharing workspaces, working together on difficult projects, and coming out on top! Unfortunately, even the most tight-knit groups can be unraveled by the simplest of problems. For us, that was the air quality in our home. It was about three months into us living together in that house that I began to notice a drop in air quality. There was dust building up on the countertops, couches, tables and even all over the floor. It was like we were being visited by some kind of dust devil at night! As if that wasn’t bad enough, my two friends wound up dropping out of the engineering program at our college. They had no idea what they would do until a new major was chosen, so they felt they should just move back in with their parents. I was alone in a house full of dust! I had no choice but to call my own parents, and ask for advice. They put me in touch with my cousin, who is an HVAC service technician, and was able to come by and provide the needed cleaning services for the A/C system at a discounted rate. At least I had solid air quality returned to my home!
