I purchased our current condo because it was ancient plus there was a lot of natural character still left. A lot of the homes on the market these afternoons are brand new plus lack any character or detail, which I found sad. I wanted something with history plus a story to tell, which made our search for a condo more difficult than I anticipated. When I finally stumbled upon this a single, I knew it was the a single for me. This condo is almost forty years ancient plus while it’s still in nice shape, there are some things that prevent our condo from running efficiently. The best example of this would be our Heating and Air Conditioning system. Although our Heating and Air Conditioning proposal is only a few years old, our energy bills can still be high each week because of the more than 2 cracks plus openings. The floorboards are original to the condo plus they’re appealing, but they also have more than 2 gaps where tepid air can enter plus cool air can exit. The same can be said about our back door. There is a tiny gap all around the door that is barely noticeable unless you’re looking for it. This is why, once per year, I go around the entire condo plus seal every nook plus cranny that I can. I seal around the windows, the doors, plus I even try to seal the floors. It’s a lengthy process, but with the right products, I’m able to keep the Heating and Air Conditioning treated air inside our condo rather than wasting it. I do this because it makes a difference in our energy consumption plus it’s essential for an efficient Heating and Air Conditioning system.
