Ed, my Heating & Air Conditioning machine coworker, & I are regularly arguing.
He is the most stubborn individual I’ve ever met in all my years.
He believes he understands everything & is regularly attempting to prove me wrong when it comes to varying topics. We work for an immense Heating & Air Conditioning machine company, & our jobs are ensuring the heating, ventilation, & a/c machines are in enjoyable working order. It seems like every day my good pal and I are conflicted about everything. It can range from the best method to maintain a broken fan to the most efficient way to cool a space. It just seems that my good pal and I regularly disagree. But eventually, things started to change. As time carried on, our disagreements helped us find better solutions to the problems. Eventually, my friend and I were actually tasked with repairing a Heating & Air Conditioning machine in an immense supplier building. We came to realize my friend and I had to do it respectfully… Ed & I started again with our arguing as my good pal and I tried to find the most enjoyable method to solve the issue. This time, though, was different. Rather than become severely frustrated, I chose to look at Ed’s viewpoint. It was odd at first but as it turned out, he had a pretty fine idea that I never even thought about. So my friend and I made the move to put his idea into action, & it worked out pretty well. Things between Ed & me changed after that happened. We still fought at times, but my friend and I started to listen to each other’s views. Our disagreements turned into healthier discussions. This resulted in us finding nicer answers to problems my friend and I encountered. It turned out that Ed’s stubbornness honestly helped us become more efficient problem solvers. Sporadically you just need to communicate in a more effective way.
