I am currently looking for a workout program that I would like to do.
I don’t actually like physical exercise, but I think that it would be so much healthier for me as I get older to find something active that I actually like to do.
I tried a yoga studio a few times, but I didn’t actually like the trainers at the yoga studio, but plus, the yoga studio where I tried a few classes was pretty far from our house. I think that whatever workout program I choose, it’s going to have to be actually close to our condo or I’m not going to go to it. They do offer some corporate wellness programs at our job, but I have to say that I don’t actually want to participate in any corporate wellness programs at work. When I’m at work, I want to do our job as well as then get the heck out of there. I don’t want to hang around at the office gym as well as try as well as do a workout program there, even if there is a certified personal trainer there at the gym at work. The other thing I wanted to try is a cross fit gym. I’ve heard lots of unbelievable things about cross fit, but I was always too scared to try that type of workout program for myself. There just so happens to be a cross fit gym at the up-to-date health as well as fitness center down the street from our house, though. I think I might try to suck it up as well as just go there to try out a cross fit class or various just to see if it might be an unbelievable fit for me.
