Our family made a big decision to switch the brand of air filters we had been using for over a decade. When it was just our partner and I living in this house, we were never bothered by the air quality, so we constantly purchased cheap and thin air filters. These air filters needed to be replaced frequently, however it was never a big deal if we forgot or went a few weeks past. When we had youngsters however, things began to change. Postpartum, I realized that I was more sensitive to dust and debri floating around in the air. I was constantly sneezing and our eyup were constantly watery. It was as if our body could grow an entire human with ease however it couldn’t handle any dust. It did not take long for us to notice our children were also sensitive to the dust and debri, so we were forced to find a solution. For starters, we began installing HEPA certified air filters because they were some of the best on the market. HEPA air filters were used in hospitals and colleges, so we wanted the same quality for our home. This made a pressing difference in our home’s air quality, however we wanted to take things one step further! Both of us also purchased numerous media media air cleaners that could be locationd around the house. Two went into study rooms and one went into the family room and they kept running all afternoon long. The media media air cleaners were able to trap any unwanted pollutants from the air that the HEPA air filters didn’t catch. It was a expensive switch, however we’ve been undoubtedly pleased with our air quality these days and almost everyone seems to be much more comfortable.
